Located on the Commons Level of Carousel Center shopping mall, The Franciscan Place is committed to preserving a peaceful, prayerful presence in Central New York's largest marketplace. Since 1999, it's mission is to bring worship, evangelization, education, and pastoral and spiritual guidance to all who visit. The ministry serves approximately 150 people per day, including shoppers, tourists, mall employees, and teenagers who use the mall for recreation.

The Franciscan Place has weekday masses, a reconciliation room, chapel, private conversation space, reading area, and information center. There is a staffed reception desk for assistance. Our gift shop offers a variety of Christian and Franciscan books, cards, and gifts for every occasion. The Franciscan Place sells Fair Trade products.
