Once the site of the Assumption School, the St. Clare Gardens building has been renovated and converted into a 29-unit apartment facility, administered by Franciscan Collaborative Ministries.

The building offers one and two bedroom apartments for $485 and $585 /month, respectively. Heat and hot water are included in rent, and in-building maintenance is available 24 hours a day.
